Time to go a little deeper

The stillness of Yin.
The resonance of sound.

This training brings two practices into conversation: the quiet, sustained postures of Yin Yoga and the experience of listening to and working with sound.

Over six days, you’ll explore both through your own practice, hands-on workshops and teaching skills. There is time to ask questions, try things out, and discover how you want to bring these practices into your life or your work.

Learn through
experience.

Our 35 hours together include Yin Yoga, sound, meditation, breathwork and interactive workshops. You’ll explore how to guide a session, adapt a posture, work with instruments and bring the different elements together.

The remaining 15 hours are self-paced online study, supporting what you learn in person.

This is for yoga teachers expanding their offerings, as well as those who want to deepen their own understanding of Yin Yoga and sound.

Yoga teacher trainer · Sound facilitator

Anna Caldwell

Anna is an RYT 500 yoga teacher, sound healing facilitator and adventure guide based in Mallorca. She has worked with sound for ten years and has trained yoga teachers since 2019, with over 1,000 hours of training across Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, sound therapy, meditation and sacred space facilitation.

Her teaching draws on her own practice of Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound, and an interest in how Yin, meditation and sound meet. More than a decade guiding adventures around the world also shapes the way she leads retreats: through shared experience, curiosity and a close connection to nature.
